Early in February, the latest Clique book Bratfest at Tiffany’s came out. Today is February 18, 2008, and we’re hear to tell you about this great book. In this book Massie declares a boyfast where if anybody in the Pretty Committee is caught doing anything with an old crush, they will be kicked out of the Pretty Committee forever. Massie felt like like they acted like total LBRs or losers beyond repair, so she decided the boyfast would help them focus more on their popularity and clothes. However, some of the girls are having a harder time keeping their promise to Massie. Alicia still finds herself in love with Josh Hotz and Claire can’t seem to get her mind off of Cam Fisher. Another Problem is the fact that the school is getting too crowded, so the teachers have to move some of the students to trailers. It just so happens that the Pretty Committee is part of that new group. Alicia deviated a plan to seperate herself from the pretty Committee when she read ahead in her announcements. She finds herself staying in the main building with her crush. Massie gets more and more suspicious, but decides to make the best of her trailer learning experience by giving the trailers and the LBRs makeovers. Soon, everybody but Dylan finds that the creed of the boyfast is harder to keep then they thought it would be. Massie, Dylan, Kristen, and Claire, all have crushes. They discover that the more they stayed away from boys the harder it was to hate them. Will the girls stay true to the boyfast and keep their reputations, spot in the Pretty Committee, and Tiffany jewelry bracelets? Will Alicia get kicked out of the Clique if Massie finds out her secret? Will Massie and whoever is left in the Pretty Committee have to stay in the trailers forever? This book is about a family that goes camping on an island.  The little girl Abby is paralyzed in her legs and they went to a little pond and Abby fell in it.  Her mom went after her and broke her ankle, so the parents left.  After the parents left, an earthquake hit and the bridge collapsed and the island started to flood.  To see if Abby and Jonathan survive, read the book.

Hey this is Nathan Duff. I am doing a podcast on the book The Tiger Rising. This book is about a boy named Rob who’s mom died and is living with his dad in a motel. He has a disease on his legs that make them red and itch so he has to stay home for a couple of days. One day he is walking in the woods behind the motel and he finds a tiger in a cage. He doesn’t do anything about it.  Then that day at school a new girl comes named Sistine. He tells her about the tiger. She wants him to let it go so it can be free. The owner of the tiger gives Rob the keys to the cage so he can feed it every day. Will he let the tiger go or will he do nothing about? Hi this Matt and Phillip and this is our sms podcast. The book we aredoing is blackwater Swamp. It is about a bo named Ted and his family moved to bayou country of Louisiana, Ted thought the stories he was hearing about the witch of Blackwater Swamp were just stories. But now that he’s actually seen her with his own two eyes, he is not sure what to think. The mysterious gnarled looking old black woman lives out in the swamp lands with a bunch of animal: rabbits, a bear, and some creatures Ted has never seen before.

Ted’s new friend Jimmy and his cousin’s hav thier own opion about the woman. Jimmy tells Ted she’s responsble for all of the recent break-ins. But Teds not sure that he trusts Jimmy. Ted finds hims self between his friend and the swamp dweller. I thin its very suspenseful, I hope you read this book.
