This book is about a girl named Kristy a girl who belongs to the babysitters club with a few other girls she’s not aquanted with and they soon become friends. On a visit to a mansion Kristy and her brother and sister witness what seems to be a crime. Kristy asks the BSC (babysitters club for their help to solve the crime. Soon they find out it really wasn’t that big of mystery.
